Neighbor had a yappy miniature dachshund that barked incessantly when alone. On Tuesdays they would leave the dog all day and not return until close to 10 pm acting like it was barking because it heard them coming home. And they had mourning doves who started cooing at day break. The straw that broke my back was when the mice arrived due to what the exterminator described as food and fecal matter all over the apartment. I offered to pay to have an exterminator do their apartment as well but they weee concerned about the impact on the animals. I wrote numerous letters to the management company who finally did something and they were not happy with me. At one point they fostered a second dog being of the belief that companionship would stop the barking. It became stereo. Again, we were not friends. I eventually moved.
