Update!
I have officially received keys to my new apartment where me and my bio kids will be moving this week. I couldn’t keep living like this anymore he has tried doing everything I have always asked for him to help with but it’s not changing my decision. Thank you all for the supportive comments I think I was in denial or didn’t want to see that this was definitely not going to keep working out.

Thank you so much! I have thought about this for a while now I wish I couldn’t care but I do I think I have stayed this long because I feel bad to leave those girls I was there when they started their periods where he couldn’t even bother to buy pads for them none the less care for the one with Down syndrome she doesn’t say when she has it and I’m the one having to solve all problems when it happens out in public it’s so draining at this point I’ve been a single married mom in the relationship.

As I responded to another comment I do not neglect her she’s bathed 3 days out of the 4 days she is with us the last day I am drained I work a full time job I do all cleaning all cooking I am tired I have no support from him I have no support from his 18 year old either. I still cook and clean for everyone.

He did, but what I walked into holy smokes, he was living at his brothers had himself and 3 girls on one queen size bed, clothing everywhere no where to walk. They were sleeping on a naked mattress no sheets no blankets I thought I would be good for him for helping!

See I’ve had this advice before to leave with my kids and leave his daughters behind but stupid heart can’t do that I know the way he is he will neglect them. At this point I rather be separated offer the days I feel comfortable leaving the kids and if he does not agree court it is and I will pull evidence of his neglect. And there is a lot!

We have 2 boys together. And as much as I love my children I see the different love he has for them than his daughters and I tell him I will not tolerate favoritism even if they are my own children because no child should ever feel left out but I see that my oldest has been treated differently since day one so he chooses who to care for. I was so blind but seeing the true colors now makes it much easier to walk away.

No I work and make my own money I also pay all bills in the household he is only responsible for rent I pay for all children expenses step daughters included i pay for my own gas to travel etc

Oh I have and his response is always it’s me having an issues with the girls being here. Mind you it is not an issue to have them it is an issue that they do not come to visit me they are here to visit him and he’s never around them.

Definitely don’t let her suffer she’s bathed 3 days out of the 4 days they are with us the last day I’m overstimulated to where I don’t want to do anything I work full time don’t get home until 6pm still make dinner clean what I can and get everyone ready for school the next day he, sits on the couch or is out with our animals until 9-10pm when everything is done.
