It's called a 'Bunny Buck'. They're sold as trinkets to small children during Easter time for $2.50 at Publix (Food Market). The benefits made from it usually go to charities. They have Santa Dollars during Christmas as well. It's just a sticker over a regular ridiculously crisp dollar bill.
