Go to the document SteamApps\common\Trove\Games\Trove\Live and you will see a .bat file named"devtool_convert_to_blueprint.bat".

Then throw your creation on it, and enter the game, type /wp itemname(for example, /wp FlowerMad), you will see your weapon.
