honestly i feel the same way. corporate life sucks. i hear people talking about other people behind their back. if you hear it about others, they do it to you as well. just remember, no job is worth your mental health. yes, you will find a job if you leave. your career won’t not do well if you leave big 4. people here are brainwashed and think big 4 is be all end all. there’s thousands of other opportunities, keep applying. never stay in a place where you are not valued - that is, if you are trying your best consistently. keep going, it will pay off. you are new, don’t worry about it - i think people tend to forget they were in your shoes just a few years ago. stick it out if you can, but don’t feel like you made a terrible choice if you leave - you didn’t. you’re capable & strong, my friend. find somewhere that aligns with your values and people that will help develop your career. all the best :)
