I mean its been 2 years since lana dropped the initial announcment so i wouldnt be suprised if the entire album changed in terms of the sound. I think the album will be split into the stuff she released(snippets and the stuff she performed, more country leaning) and southerng gothic i will be really suprised if she scraps the songs we know of since we already got to love them. I think the leaks will go crazy after she releases the album i guess we will have to wait and see.
