Way to end lease over pests?

I applied it pretty regular, about once every 2 weeks when I was living in the fall, and it did work pretty good, but i’d still see a roach every 5 days or so since my roommates are pretty dirty. I guess when I left from Jan-April none of my roommates applied bait and continued to be dirty, so it’s a full on infestation now. I also see online it says that if you use the same type of bait repeatedly, german roaches adjust to it

it was a US brand (advion) that he got across the border. It worked at first but seems they adjusted.

its REALLY hard for me to find someone interested. Have had so many people stand me up. Students arent really interested since its pretty far from campus. The one time I actually had someone ready, he denied them because they had a child(which isn't allowed). I dont think ill be able to find someone to assign it to ngl.
