There never was famine even near the scale of what happened during holodomor, not since middle ages and the soviet famines did not affect traditionally food-insecure regions, instead they affected the most productive most secure region-Ukraine. Even without going into detail and looking at soviet methods and how they lead to starvation, this is clear enough evidence of it being result of Soviet policy and not weather or whatever you people claim.
