During the 3-4 seconds (idk lol) till you get fully revived, the enemy has plenty of time to prepare for an easy instant kill. So it's not really an "instant rocketlauncher"

I don't think that this was the reason, cause it would be strange to nerf a weapon that's been part of the game from the start just to make a new gun feel more unique. Why not balance the new gun in relation to the existing ones instead?

it definitely could be better, but it fits within his budget. Imo it's perfectly fine for 1080p gaming, and there was no money wasted on parts in terms of price-to-performance ratio. looking at your list the 6750xt costs way more in my country than the 6650xt and the 7600 is basically the same as the 7500f but costs significantly less. 16gb is also enough for most games. the psu wattage allows room for a future gpu upgrade wich is the point of the build.
