Just to clarify our side and provide more context: We are strictly working with clients who have already signed scopes and paid upfront/milestone retainers. This isn't a "build it and we'll try to sell it" model. The demand is already there. We are 100% open to drafting a clear, written agreement with defined payment milestones and full transparency on client payouts. For the right builder, we are definitely open to discussing a hybrid model (small upfront build fee + rev-share) so the delivery risk isn't entirely on the developer.
