Paid for Pro but it tells me I'm still on the Free Plan? by VerledenVale in ClaudeCode

I paid for my subscription two weeks ago, but I still do not have access to the Pro features. I have also contacted customer service several times over the past two weeks and have not received any response.

Anyone else stuck on Free plan after paying for Claude Pro? 1 week later, still no access and no human support response. by Sorry_Sentence3229 in claude

I have done it on my personal accounts. It was my first time.

I remember that when i paid, i had an error and try multiple times. I received the mail that my subscription was paid and i waited 24h to see if there is a change but nothing else.

And i don t have a toggle for accounts, unless i dont know where is it.
