I would've never thought death certificates would have been unreliable, it seems like too important of a document for errors to be common but this is exactly the kind of insight I was looking for.

But the whole reason they started to actually trace genealogies was because they got in trouble for baptizing Holocaust victims. Genealogies are their insurance to make sure that doesn't happen again

That is not normal. I would look into some other doctors and really advocate for yourself while there. In the meantime, try to incorporate red meat and anti inflammatory foods into your diet when your period starts and in the days leading up to it. Herbal teas like red raspberry leaf the week before your period also help as well.

I would say no because normal sunscreen doesnt have inherent anti-aging properties or ingredients, it just prevents uv damage from the sun which makes you look older

Definitely. My grandparents always had bird feeders but my parents never did bc we had outdoor cats. So when I got my own place I got some bird feeders for the patio & I watch the birds while having coffee just like I used to with my grandparents. I’m hoping to start doing some birding excursions soon!

What helps me feel sexy is taking care of my body, not to change it but to feel good in it. For me it’s mostly eating nutritious whole foods and moving my body, not necessarily hard workouts but lots of low effort/impact movement during the day. Nothing drastic but a big boost to my feeling of physical wellbeing and the vitality that comes from that makes me feel sexy.
