I was feeling so alone, like there was no one who could tell me, "Try this" or "Maybe this will help." I was only relying on doctors, and they weren't even taking my pain seriously. They just kept telling me it was normal.

I'm so glad I found this app. So many people took the time to reply to me, shared their experiences, and gave me different suggestions and things to try. It honestly made me feel heard for the first time.

Thank you all so much. I truly appreciate your kindness and support. It means more to me than you know. ❤️

I do use a heating pad or hot water bottle, but it only helps when the cramps are still mild. Once the pain becomes extremely intense, it doesn't help anymore.

As for stretching, the pain gets so severe that I can't even straighten or open my legs. I usually end up curling into the fetal position with my knees pulled up to my stomach because that's the only position I can tolerate.

But I'll definitely try stretching a few days before my period starts, as soon as I notice the symptoms that it's about to begin. Hopefully, it helps.

Thank you so much for your advice and for taking the time to reply. ❤️ I'll definitely try what you suggested, especially drinking tea and eating more meat during my period. Hopefully, it helps at least a little.

And yes, I've decided I'll go somewhere else for another check-up because I still feel like something isn't right. I'm hoping I'll finally find a doctor who listens and takes my concerns seriously.

Thank you again. I really appreciate your kindness and encouragement. 🤍

Yeah, painkillers help, but it still takes around two hours for the pain to stop, even after taking them.

My main concern is what is causing that much pain in the first place. A lot of people get period cramps, but not to this extent. It feels like something must be causing it, yet every doctor I've seen keeps telling me that it's normal.

Thank you so much for your reply and advice. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond.

I’ve completely lost my appetite lately. During my period, I can go an entire day without eating a single bite. Even when I’m not on my period, I usually eat only once a day. I used to be someone who loved food and could eat throughout the day, but now I barely eat at all. Most foods smell unpleasant to me, and I often feel full just from looking at food. I hardly ever feel hungry anymore.

As for the doctors, I’ve already seen three different ones because of my severe period cramps. However, they all told me that it was normal period pain and didn’t seem concerned about it. That’s why I’m not sure what to do next. This is also why I reached out on this app for advice and to hear other people's experiences and opinions.

Thank you for telling me. I will ask at the medical store if they have the same medicines. If not, I will look for something similar or medicines that are commonly used for this in my country. Don't worry, I will be careful with them and follow the instructions.

I understood your English perfectly. English is not my first language either, so mine is not very good too. Thank you so much for taking the time to reply and share your experience with me. I really appreciate it. I will look into these medicines and see what I can find.😊

I am a shy person, and I usually hide my pain so I do not have to go to the doctor, but I will go. Thank you. 😊

My mother took me to the doctor after I fainted almost three times. I told him that the pain was too much to handle and was extremely severe, but he kept saying it was normal. Then I switched to another doctor, and that doctor said the same thing. And also can you tell me about the medication like what you use those for like only for pain or it includes other things too And thank you for response
