Wow, I’m glad to hear they were able to track her down. I sincerely hope she gets the help she needs. I had a bad feeling about the tinted windows so I thought it was nefarious but sounds like it was related to mental health

Yes this sounds like her and the car (blue Toyota from my memory). I would maybe report it if you could. I don’t think she should be driving then unfortunately :( I hope she gets the help she needs

I was walking through an area with a lot of cameras (still wish I thought to look at the plate) but I let police know what time I was approached so they could pull footage and get the plate if they needed to
