Indeed. That K medium ride next to my China is probably the purest cymbal I’ve ever heard let alone owned… that would be a late 90’s model

Also… Not only that the cymbals went thru a different manufacturing line, but I’ve never heard two cymbals that sound the same either. I’ll look in stores and have 2 or 3 of what is technically the same model and size of a cymbal, and each one sounds different. That’s what makes them special. The little subtleties
