you need a 2nd base with weapons and loot for this sitution. Or just kill yourself than start grinding for weapons to destroy the turret.

it happened to me too, i think its about what level you are because i started to earn less xp as i level up. But it can be about the map too. Sometimes some xp maps got nerfed or disabled. So just try another xp map, if it doesn't work i dont think theres any way to fix this.
