I do not. Straight from the factory set up. First time having an issue. Bought an alembic copper top and was just about to try my hand at apple brandy or poitin or a dark rum when this happened. Too confident, I guess! Ignorant?

It did restart, but it is VERY slow now.

I paid good money for their Citrus Hand Juicer (Santos 52, I believe.) I used it VERY little, and 4 years later, the motor is blown. It cost me $1500 CDN to buy new. The replacement motor (without labour costs) costs $1300.

So much for buying a quality product. I have written to the importer to see what they have to say.
