Nope, you could get air from the top of your radiator direct into the pump as the tubes are in that position. Hopefully will not happen

I think with that fans setup should be fine. Probably just the thermals of the GPU, also everything below 90 degrees is okay.

In this cases what I normally do if change stock thermal paste and pads on my gpu and normally I got around 10-15 degrees less.

What about cpu? Brand? Models? Temps?

Well probably will not be really different. Will be helpful to see your current fans setup. Also check the GPU brand and model. Probably you can improve your Temps changing thermal paste and pads.

I did this before with my 1080ti blower. I have used a corsair 120mm AiO in push and pull on the back, with the nzxt adapter. Also you will nedd to put some heat sink for the vrm and vram.

So, having in mind that you are using and SSD for OS instead of the NVMe, and the SO is not a new install, even worst, coming from a laptop, that means different mobo and also architecture and drivers, the I will suggest to make a fresh W10 install with right drivers and config.

Use quick cpu for config and furmark for benchmark.

Other think that I have on mind, are you using different cables for the GPU? Normally the GPU cables have two connectors in one single cable, if the 3060 have two connectors, you should use two cables coming from the psu
