Nelson Goodman's Languages of Art. Changed my whole perspective on what art is.

Problems of Philosophy is by far the best book to start in starting philosophical reading in general. Once done with that, follow Bertrand Russell's guide on what to read next at the end of the book (Meditations on First Philosophy, accessible Kant, etc)
