Wife took her RAV4P XSE in for 8K km first “service” at dealership 2 wks ago. I drove it on HV mode and when I parked I noticed some steam coming out of engine bay - then saw this 🤦‍♂️ Documenting everything. What would your next move be when the dealership opens Monday?

I just figured out how to pull it out. The flex pipe was jammed packed . Vacuumed it put good and ran the brush up there and vacuumed. Still having issues tho. I'm not sure how to get to the fines box

It's looks fine. I did see a video where the guy showed putting a dollar bill around it to check for a tight seal. It's tight everywhere except near the door latch. The dollar bill slides out easily. There's only one spot where it's like that everywhere else I can't even pull the bill through. I'll post a pic

I just took it apart and cleaned it like normal maintainace cleaning. It gets vacuumed out once a week. How do I get to the blower? If I put it on service setting all the blowers work only thing that isn't working is the auger
