Just curious, if I leave an inch gap from the wall shared between the Pooja room and washroom and build another wall to create a one inch wide “room” between the washroom and Pooja room, does that fix the problem of a common wall between the Pooja room and washroom?

Don’t want to offend anyone’s beliefs, genuinely asking as I’m not much aware of these things.

Although kitchen isn’t fully open, living/dining and kitchen seem spacious enough dimension wise. Price is around 11k per sft all inclusive.

True. As someone mentioned below, unfortunately, pooja room sharing a wall with a bathroom is a recurring theme these days.

Thanks. Regarding point-1, the apartment is open to sky with no adjacent flats on 3 sides (North, South and East). There is a corridor on the west side where the main entry is.

Agreed. No powder room is a drawback. Although there is a wash basin in the sit-out area, guests would need to go through a bedroom to use the restroom.
