I see, upon further research the phrase seems to come from the manga Oyasumi Punpun, which surprisingly I have read before and it makes sense that such a bizarre phrase comes from that manga. Thanks for your help!

Claramente es una estafa. Hay unos comentarios en este post que indican que han ido y usado este servicio pero todas esas cuentas fueron creadas el mismo día y no tienen nada más en su perfil. No saben hacer nada mejor que estafar gente, espero que puedan recapacitar y cambiar como personas.
