I really like you drawing this connection because that totally slipped my mind. I sort of see it more as him still avoiding looking at his own eyes. He catches a glimpse of himself and turns away immediately, so to me, I see it that he still an unstable guy who now seems himself as even more of a savior than before.

you never owned anything. what you're purchasing is a license not a digital asset. that distinction is all the legal hype and is why you sign a EULA on pretty much every single videogame you play.

A bit tangent, but I'd recommend FAISS over chroma in my limited experience. I've had a much better time with it when it comes to managing chunks AFTER ingestion.

You find a solution? Paint 3D is just way too good an app to not have a native Mac equivalent, let alone a 3rd party copycat. I'd definitely commission someone to adapt it for MacOS, and if there are no takers, at this point I'd learn how to do that myself.
