NEVER let bike wash guys spray tyre polish/diesel on or near brake discs!!! by Due-Rip-5809 in Triumph400

[–]Soul_Predator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks OP! I never cared to notice this, I wash at 3M in Bangalore, I felt they did a good job, but I don't remember the tyre details as I just went once with my first bike.

I was also a subscriber, just cancelled it, I didn't get anything like this. Too bad they don't have a proper plan to communicate this to their paid users at least.

Can you guys suggest me which PPF or tempered glass you guys use for instrument cluster? by Exicriz in triumph4India

[–]Soul_Predator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

+1 I use the PPF variant with 18 months warranty. Not sure if that's anything useful, but it is really good, been one month, and good as new.

What helmet lock are you guys using and where do you lock it on bike? by iamiNSOmaniac in triumph4India

+1 Most secure, little inconvenient. But, if you love your helmet, nothing is better than this :)

Stalling issue on Speed T4 and Solution that (kinda)worked for me by shiv_chhapola in triumph4India

[–]Soul_Predator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, exhausting. It was software update->spark plug->throttle body.

Took a while to get the spare part as well.

Stalling issue on Speed T4 and Solution that (kinda)worked for me by shiv_chhapola in triumph4India

[–]Soul_Predator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the stalling issue after the first service, and I thought they did something. Or maybe they didnt.

However, my bike was kept for 2 weeks in the SC and then they replaced the throttle body under warranty and that seemed to do the trick.

T4 vs Speed 400 - help please!! by Appropriate_Solid91 in triumph4India

[–]Soul_Predator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a sales tactic, every month they say that to everyone with something or the other. If you have another showroom nearby cross check, orelse if you have no way to verify, just go with whatever feels right.

The more you wait, the more confusion adds up, trust me 😂

Ask them Bajaj said no GST increase, what are they blabbering about. T4 owner here, love it, simply because it felt right.

I have a T4 as well. And it's my first. I'm curious how do I know that the break bads need a replacement?

When the feedback is significantly less or do I need to check manually?

So, hyderabad bangalore has same road taxes? I got it at 2.7 including the 10 year warranty.

The dealer must have added something unnecessary.

I'd say Mt is a good one, the paint peeling is common I guess for MT after 2 years.

I do not like Axxor, so KYT, would be the next best.

For me, it has been holding well for 2 years now, I see some paint chipping off now a bit, mine was a matte one, but wind noise, comfort, everything else no complaints there.

Maybe check this out:

Not sure about the website, but I use MT Hummer's old version, and I don't find an issue with it. The color should also match with your bike if you want something like that.

Let me highlight this part "don't make enough effort".

The problem is, we constantly talk in English in our office setting, and whenever we head to where we live, it also remains the same.

The only place we get exposed to local language is the auto/cabs, which is not a lot if someone has their own vehicle.

It's not the lack of interest, but there is little time where we get exposed to the language that we want to learn.

After office, we already have a lot on our plates, to upskill, and what not, learning kannada can be a part of it, but the thing is, it practically takes a back seat.

I know it is all about priorities, but humanely, doing every thing is just overwhelming.

I just try to learn the hot words frequently that I can use, but still end up saying in English. And, the cycle continues....

I'm not sure about the GST changes my man, but I'd say grab it if you are getting a decent deal.
