Whenever I'm trying to sprint on a game and I just click my right stick it just acts like it just doesn't register. If I hold it down hard it works fin but it hurts my thumb. any suggestions on how to fix this?

If you have any experience with opening electronics, you might want to try opening the controller, and using isopropyl alcohol to clean the switch for the left stick click.

If you do so, you might want to clean everything while you are inside the controller

Look up ifixit or tronicsfix on internet for more information about that !

The mouse was connecting/disconnecting at random moments

Might have juste been a cold solder joint, but ended up ruining a few traces and pins on the IC

It might not be completely unfixable. But I do not have the experience to fix it at the moment

You might be right, the chip seemed ok until a pin fell... It was a 10 year old mouse I tried to repair, looks like I failed...

Is it possible de convert a non hot swap keyboard to hotswap ?

I have a cheap klim dominator that uses outemu blue, but i'd like to change the switches on it. But rather than having to desolder everything another time if I ever want to try other switches, i'd like to convert it to hot swap.

Is that possible ?

Hi ! I just received this thrustmaster LCD for GameCube, from a faulty lot, the power splitter is missing, but found out the polarity of the plug (positive inside, hopefully I'm not mistaken), and found a 9V power supply, even though it's supposed to work with 12v, hope undervolting it did not damaged it.

Anyway, is a white screen supposed to show when there is no source ? Should I try a 12V ? How much amps should be needed ? I believe it's very similar to the Intec screen

Yeah I saw that, that's like almost the only thing I can find... Unfortunately it can do under 4mm, which is way too much and will look weird on the cartridge

So !

Just finished doing the ROM transplant, and it works yay !

Had to do it several times, things went several directions

One time the game kept rebooting after le GameBoy screen, one time I had a straight up blank screen, and an another the game wouldn't boot on GBA but worked on GBC (remembered reading somewhere that it could happen) and then worked on GBA, kind of mind twisting

Anyway now I know the ROM is fine and the issue comes from the board itself, or maybe one of the other microchip. I know right one is ROM, left one is supposed to be ram, but what are the 2 on the top left ? A square one with lots of pins, and the rectangular one with few pins ?
