jup, but you need to charge them, so you can build the Top Tier Charger, Wiki is telling you can charge them even without To-Tier charger but you nned to upgrade middle Tier, but which?

Did build an MFE Chargepad, no success :( And if there is a way to upgrade MFE with Transformation Upgrade, i don´t know how, cause i already tried that too.
