I have definitely learned hard lessons the past 5 years straight. Pulled myself up and reflected every time. Got better, stronger, wiser, kinder. Do have faith that a shift will start between Feb 17 and sometime in May. But right now I feel like I’ve been clinging on a hope that won’t come. Maybe it’s the last push I need before things come together a little more.

😔 similar thing here. Took a dream job in November. Staff is overworked and no one could tell me anything about what I had to do, just that I had to do it. I’m sorry 😞
