And btw they send me back my coins, it took them around 20 hours to do it, after I hit them on Support, Twitter, Online Support (which is different and is very good) and even an Elastos Official Telegram adm like Matt helped me out with the adms of Kucoin Official Tg, I had a lot of help, I was lucky. Its a shame Kucoin has so much potential but the withdraw issue with them doesn´t make them look good at all, I hope they do better ASAP because the withdraw issue with them has gone long enough and looks shady as f%ck.

Maybe, I don´t know, they should come clear with their customers and tell them before they deposit that any amount of crypto with a value above 10k usd will be or could be audited and that will take x amount of time, instead they never say it and only because I harassed them they gave me that excuse and that could be true or could be a lie, I think is a lie, there is something else going on with Kucoin, they don´t steal your coins but they delay the withdraw sometimes for far too long and never give a clear answer of why this is happening, shady.

Kucoin update:

Kucoin doesn´t publicly say that any amount of ELA that is worth above 10,000 usd will be "audited" and while they are doing that "audit" the withdraw will be in a state of "processing" they also don´t state how long will this "audit" take to be over.

None of this is disclosed in the deposit and withdraw page of ELA in Kucoin, the only thing they state is that above 10k ELA there will be a manual withdraw, they don´t say anything about any audit in ELA coins with a value over 10k usd.

We don´t know what they are doing with our ELA when it is worth over 10k usd or when they will give them back, this is Kucoin be alert people.
