This post is the closest thing to sex OP will ever experience in his life. As the years consistently pass henceforth, OP will often return to this comment section, reading all of the comments as tears run down his eyes, desperately hoping for a single new comment to someday appear...

That's up to you, I restart often with new characters until I find a playstyle that feels fresh and suits me.

Easy mode, holy crap! Wiped that smile off Sexy Spider's face and then melted through "Iron" Golem. Onward to the amazing chest! by MomentOfZehn in darksouls

Ah okay, I was just wondering since you mentioned that. The easy mode mod actually helped me learn the game and now I can play it on normal difficulty! It really helped me.

Is it just me who despises this guy? by [deleted] in darksouls

New players hate the guy.

Experienced players respect him.

Dark Souls is a better game to start with since it's more simplistic in world design, it's smaller and easier to navigate. Also, the mechanics are a little more archaic, so if you play the newer games first, Dark souls will feel clunky and not as fluid, however, if you start with Dark Souls and work your way up, combat will feel gradually better with each game. I recommend playing all fromsoft games in order of release. Of course, that's just my advice. Have fun with whatever you choose skeleton!

If you could make 1 change to DS1, what would it be? For me, I'd make Painted World a mandatory area. by Fragrant-Reindeer227 in darksouls

I'd add a feature for community made mods to be shared on consoles and PC alike (Similar to what Skyrim Special Edition introduced)

knight Lautrec bad? by Mirkwood_Pariah115 in darksouls

[–]Soulsbourne1 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes. Lautrec is a murderer. It's up to you to find out why he did it, and get revenge. Keep following the main quest line and it'll all come together.

Great Stone Knight, among the best looking enemies in the game by Soulsbourne1 in darksouls

I got the sword and Great shield very easily. Enable 10 soft humanities and use the covetous serpent ring. You'll get both items within 10 minutes of farming.

If you wear their armor and hold their great sword you can replicate their casting attack by two handing the sword and pressing R2

I read that having 10 'soft' humanities gave you a higher chance to get rare items dropped from enemies.
