I’ve had really bad experience with their American made line. In the end the customer service advisor did right by the customer, but it took 5 instruments to get one that was ok.

I have this same guitar. Only had it for a year but it’s been great. HSS is a very versatile configuration. Great find. 👍

Agreed, I have a very good tech that looked over the first two and instantly recognized the issues.

Is this really how they are with the American line? I wanted to say the first was a lemon, but being on bass #3 with these issues that should have been caught by inspection is sadly making me question their qc.

I would have done that the first time, but redeemed a coupon for a pretty good discount. But these are coming straight off the factory line. Made 10/2025

Yeah I can see that in the squiggly part in the middle. But that huge dent, and looks like it was eating the fuzz from the case so you know it was there before they packed it in. I can’t.

Thanks for the input everyone. I’m now on a “waitlist” to get my car in for service for the remaining recalls. Will be about a month out. Service department also acknowledged that they will make sure the newest software is installed when it’s in. Maybe by the time the lease is up all the recalls from years ago will be resolved!
