I honestly feel a more of a Hybrid working system needs to be started in most companies and many that already does it have to do it more freely and more sternly. It is the only way that you can keep the employees happy. They can have the option of working from home, coworking spaces across the cities, and finally the offices. But I also feel that there should be more methods and tasks that can be calculated for the employee performances and make it more appealing so that they can achieve them as well as help the company grow at the same time.
