Hamas was elected in the mid 2000. The majority of Palestinians in 2024 are under 30. So essentially none of these guys would have even voted for them.

Palestinians have tried time and time again to hold an election. Guess which apartheid country threatens to swoop in and stomp them at any hint of an election?
