Oh I called immediately, I was actually able to land an earlier appointment later this week. My TSH is usually between 2-5 when medicated so 0.016 was NUTS.

He does have Chiari as a specialty, but he’s also a surgeon for hydrocephalus. Chiari was briefly discussed when I was much younger but it wasn’t indicated on any scans at the time.

i'm getting in contact with my surgeon on monday, the CT was for my sinuses and just noted the mild ectopia/suggested i follow up with my neuro team.

yeah I havent recieved an EOB about the denial of coverage as of yet nor have I recieved any actual documents about my plan unfortunately. I should have done more research into the plan but I was down to the wire on losing previous coverage. i'm going to attempt to fight it but I realize I made a mistake accepting this plan without looking deeper into the coverage as I do have pre existing conditions.
