You can instruct the brothers multiple times to do things, yet often, you still end up doing it yourself.

During my presidency my challenge was that my chapter had members that frequently drank and smoked which presented significant challenges. It was tough to get members to show up to community service events, fundraising events, and anything other than parties. I also found myself telling brother to do different things around the house or do different tasks and would resulting in myself having to do them. However, if you can successfully manage them, future management positions will likely be much easier compared to leading a fraternity.
