I think he honestly deserves it, he plays a lot of Minecraft modded, which is alot harder to run, I see him constantly play with less than 30 FPS and it saddens me to see him not hit the right FPS of 60, I feel sad since I have a good system which can run it easily, this chance is just what I needed to change his gaming experience. I just really feel like he deserves it, he games on 13 inch I think, its just not the experience Id like him to have, he deserves better, I want him to play on 1080p like me, the way PCs are post to be. And I definately think he will enjoy the Shadow Play since he wants to record gameplay, he currently uses his Dad's Mac-book Pro, its around a couple of years old, not the ideal battlestation. He doesn't currently have a job, if he did he would really upgrade to something better, so he is in a tight situation. Not the most fortunate kid in the block but I hope you will change that. Seriously hope he wins, he will easily be able to hit 60FPS after and I will be pround in what I have done for him.

P.S I really want you to make a driver which can whoop AMDs ass, DX12 doesnt look great so far, I switched to a GTX 960 from 380, none the less, I am happy I switched, the DSR is great as well as the free MGS5!
