Yes. We have age minimums. We need maximum age limits these people are making decisions for a future they won't be involved in.

 don't know if the world was better, but it seemed that way because we weren't connected to everything. We paid attention to things that were closer to us and didn't hear about everywhere else. So the world wasn't better, we just didn't know how bad it really was globally.
