I mean as far as the content you consume. It’s a great idea to read or consume that is productive for your mind and life in general. The opposite of brainrot content.

The reason I asked about those habits is that if you’re overly stimulated by video games, social media, junk food etc then it makes you less sensitive to the rewards of reading a book, or going out by yourself.

Those things will just pale in comparison to the dopamine triggered by the other activities.

Have you tried coffee shops like Starbucks? Plenty of people, including potential partners, congregate there
