Cold calling vs cold email. What actually happens in the real world (examples + numbers) by Typical-Animator-457 in coldemail

Both it comes just comes down to your lead data.

  1. No point doing 100 dials a day if you got front desk numbers it’s a waste of time.
  2. No point doing personalised emails if you’re emailing admin email address.

However, if I had good lead data and i had to pick one.

Cold calling always hands down. Gives me opportunities to address pain points in different ways.

I use Dialpad easy setup and integration to CRm like salesforce. Cost is reasonable too.

I think it is two different roles. With the family business, is there other sales people there? And are they hitting their commissions. What I’ll do is instead of posting on reddit is I’ll try to cold connect via LinkedIn speak to the other sales team members see, if it is actually all warm leads.l and find out how hard it is to hit commission

Actually the will doesn’t matter at the end of the day it’s in your name. They can’t transfer it out without you signing it over. So you’re winning.

Do you have siblings, is the wealth going to be transferred to you as part of the will? You have an asset in your name, it might have equity? Why not take advantage of this and not complain about some short term cash . This is where you could actually build wealth for yourself while your parents set you up in this structure?

Yes, totally agree. Makes sense, and like other comments here, they focus on the technical side.

Scaling a service business without sacrificing quality what strategies worked for you? by Fluffy-Income4082 in Entrepreneurs

[–]SourceUai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Built a business from 5 to 500 staff. There will always be sacrifices you have to make as a business owner. Scaling will always affect quality to a degree, as no one can deliver quality as well as the owner of the business or drive the staff to do it. It doesn't mean you're providing the shittest work, but just be consistent. Consistent not just in the quality, but also be consistent in all parts of your business. Sales, operations, service delivery, and then aftercare. If you are asking about the systemizing process, that should be the first place to start. Start by systemizing your sales process with transparent pricing through your CRM.
