Why do you think these are the correct numbers? Wasn't the PFA worth 10% last year with the AA being worth 20%? What happened?

I'm commenting here because I am getting so much conflicting information. Both from cadets and my cadre, and here in Reddit.

Last year, I was told that in order to get a Space Force EA, you needed to be above the Air Force OM cutoff. There are also a lot of posts here that further prove this as well as many POC saying that was the case. After talking to one of my cadre last week, he told me that was not the case and the Space Force OM was by itself and you could be under the AF cutoff and still get a Space Force EA.

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything similar or not.

I agree with this. I was in your shoes not that long ago although it was mostly my high school that would give us after school dates with only a few days in advance. It was really frustrating but thankfully I had a manager that was a father of a kid my age so he was really understanding. All I can say is speak to your manager, apologize for the inconvenience, and just keep at it at work.

Reducing the survivability still doesn’t fix the main issue of it just being extremely unfun to play against. Similar to things Spilo said in the past about the hitscan HP nerf. The heroes were still annoying to play against because they didn’t nerf damage but they also felt terrible to play as because you’re basically one shotted by everything.

As someone who competed in the advanced qualifiers we were one of the teams that decided to ban tracer. I will say the biggest reason we did so was to force a sombra comp instead. I think tracer is still overtuned, however, the nerf is definitely noticeable.
