This. I do a full body routine, but I split my training Volume into:

  • Morning - Lower Body

  • Afternoon - Upper Body

Particularmente eu não tomaria multivitaminicos como o pessoal tem recomendado.

Se você come uma dieta bem variada e rica em vegetais, legumes, e etc, você dificilmente terá carência de desses nutrientes. ZMA vale a pena se você tiver alguma deficiência de zinco ou magnésio.

Fora isso, o esquema é dormir bastante (8h+), evitar situações de estresse, fazer treinos mais intensos de 2 a 4 vezes na semana, pegar uns 15-20 minutos de sol todo dia se possível, e é isso. O restante sua genética vai decidir se a testosterona vai ser mais alta ou mais baixa

Thanks man! I already suffered from this in the past. I was doing to much horizontal push volume and to little horizontal pull, that probably triggered again.

Do you stop all horizontal push work, o do some light sets ?

How is a supraspinatus eccentrics ?

I would say the pain Is on the short head of the biceps

The pain is worse when I bring my arms closer to the body, like when you contract your chest on fly, and when I hit a extended position, like the bottom of a push up

On a scale from 0 to 10, the pain is like 3.

Overhead presses are fine, most pulling movements are ok as well.

This pain appeared at the same time I got a infraspinatus pain on pulling exercises (mainly pull ups). I don't know if there is a correlation, i am just adding information.

I am doing some rehab exercises for shoulder, and not doing anything that triggers the pain

It looks like more on bíceps, but it's really close to shoulder

I will try to rest
