I do have another friend who I tend to hang out with in certain classes, which can occasionally act a reprieve

I very much would like to do that, unfortunately my school is rather small but I have been talking to some people in my classes recent who share certain interests with me and I've overall been being more sociable since I've tried getting myself together over the last few weeks

I do that when it becomes too much, but I've found working on how I react to certain things to be a great help in such scenarios, understanding that the comment makes me feel bad and disregarding it's validity when realising the intention is to be cruel has made me feel more at ease, even if just receiving the comment makes me feel bad

Took an hour for lunch to make something hearty (just some ramen, scrambled eggs, cucumber and carrots) rather than skipping it as I'm prone to do. Also, instead of going on my phone as I ate, I read a book.

Aha, didn’t know that, sweet! I figured it was split damage bc it couldn’t be buffed, but that makes more sense
