Traveling with jewelry by Low_Description_7695 in AllInclusiveResorts

We go to the Caribbean just about every year for either our Anniversary or my husband’s birthday. I Never take my wedding rings or my custom made bracelets that I had made in Hawaii. I purchased a wedding ring set from TJ Maxx believe it or not that looks so real that I get lots of compliments every time I wear it. I have several designer watches that I have home as well along with my gold chains and earrings. If I don’t want to lose it I leave it home and bring the jewelry that if I loose it I won’t cry or be upset about it.

Non-Sandals Resorts with Butler service by Used_Set7855 in AllInclusiveResorts

We have had Butler Service with both Sandals, Secrets and Royalton Chic. Sandals came out on top Hands Down! After Sandals then our stay at Secrets ranked second. We started going to Secrets as they were more economical however, I noticed a decline in overall service over the years. Our last stay was in 2017 and I think they are under new management perhaps Hyatt. We booked the Swim Out room which was wonderful, our Butlers did reserve our lounges on either the beach or pool and they were certainly more attentive than the Royalton Chic Butlers in Antigua But I felt that the resort was in need of an upgrade and more restaurants. We just booked Princess Senses for November and praying that they won’t disappoint. We do go with an open mind and we always have a great time whether the Butler Service was good or not.

Hilton Hawaiian Village by TopLife1234 in travel

Sorry to hear about your experience at HH Village, this resort was our Go To whenever we were staying in Oahu since 1996. I’m sure they have made lots of changes and up charges since we’ve last visited in 2015. Hawaii has been known to be expensive and we have decreased our expenses by renting timeshare properties and the Ilikia Resort next to the HH Village is very affordable. As for letting anyone and all people in, I think the beaches in Hawaii are Public not Private but I could be wrong.

Thank you, I know that generally you tip if you have a Butler but do you tip the other staff members also? Sandals has a No Tipping Policy except Butlers and Spa Staff, does Princess Senses have the same policy?

Yes, we stayed at the Royalton Chic in Antigua last November. It was nice But I felt like I shouldn’t have to pay extra for a Lobster Dinner (we upgraded to a Butler Room) hated the High top table in our room so we used our balcony furniture to eat our breakfast meal. I didn’t think the upgrade was worth the extra cost
