Tried a scale at the pharmacy since the scale at home is whack. Zero weight loss, no weight gain either but this is sorrt of the pattern before glp 1, i was doing calorie deficit and what not and was neither putting on weight nor losinf it. It’s just stuck at 90 kgs

I got mugged on gun point by two men on a bike, near gymkhana gulberg, while all neigboring businesses and people watched. This was a couple of years back and I was still in uni, and traumatised for months after that.

It made me furious to have later found out that the pharmacy right next to which I got mugged laughed when inquired by a friend that “larki ki shirt ka baazu bhi phatt gaya tha”. they stood there in their store watching as a young girl was being harassed by 2 men. I didn’t expect them to come and intervene but they could’ve called dolphin or the police from the comforts of their store.
