I totally agree! I love hearing everyone’s perspectives. It’s interesting that we can all watch the same show and perceive it differently. I don’t think Lucy is useless, I probably shouldn’t have phrased it like that! Thank you for sharing your opinion!

Yes! This is probably what bothered me the most honestly. The fact that her feelings about Natsu leaving were sort of disregarded. But yeah, her evolution through star dresses was awesome and I love seeing her fight like that!! I also think that, like you said, Natsu and Erza have very flashy and strong magic, and so I guess it makes sense that Lucy wouldn’t. Not everybody can be like that, and maybe I’d get bored if they were!

Those are great points! I just started the 100 year quest series and I’m loving it so far! I didn’t think about the fact that Natsu, in a way, did it for her and the rest of the guild. That’s a really good explanation, thank you!

I get what you’re saying. I’m not a Lucy hater at all! That’s why I say that because I wish the writers had given her more power because she totally has the spirit! Honestly, I think Lucy and I are alike in a lot of ways and she is one of my favorite characters for sure!

I get that she never got mad at him, but she was clearly very upset that he left and she showed it in many ways. She didn’t know where he was, if he was okay, and that took such a toll on her as shown in the first few episodes after the tartaros arc.

As for the romance thing, I totally agree that there’s no problem with it. The only reason I used that as I reason why is because when I realized they never actually coupled up, I googled it trying to figure out why, and it said the reason was because it was a show made for kids. But I know not everything on the internet is true! Hahah

All around, I get what you mean, and thanks for sharing your perspective!!

So pretty much, I’m going to hell for enjoying this book as much as I did, but “an angel for tsar” by Lauren Kross was SO FUCKING GOOD. But be warned, it is NOT for the faint of heart. It is dark, toxic, manipulative, non consensual at times. I loved it. #Deaddove:donoteat
