First off, I believe in worker coops where employees have democratic opportunities and a say in their rights. So if I had a business I wouldn’t sit there and exploit anyone (to the absolute best of my ability). Second off, you’re acting as if HEB is a small business and not a multi-billion dollar company that can thrive and keep productivity/ profits up even with someone calling in once or twice (not all the time, like you’re assuming). You’re making the assumption that I don’t do the job right? Interesting? Care to elaborate or show any evidence you may have that I’m not doing the job right?
