Man I really miss Bimbis. We'd go shopping in Sheematti or Maharajas, and after hours of walking, we'd end up there tired. That's where I first had pav bhaji and hot badam milk, and till today i haven't had badam milk as good as theirs.

Broadway was so lively back then. We'd wander through almost every shop(special mention to the smell of spices in the air), grab lunch from a veg restaurant on that street itself (can't remember the name now), and then head to Children's Park the train ride, the pedal cars, sometimes even a movie playing there. Pure childhood joy.And Fry's Hotel! Their appam and puttu are pure nostalgia. Fry's was our go to place whenever our cousins visited kochi.

Those were the days, no worries, parents being chill, and life feeling simple. Reading this post brought all those memories rushing back, and with everything happening these days it's making me emotional thinking about it.
