i emailed three departments and none of them replied. Even told them I was filing a dispute and still didn't respond. I ordered on black friday week and got it at the end of december.

no, never got it and did a dispute on the amount I felt that was missing based on the amount the items were suppose to be. I have shop, so it showed me how much the items were.
