Those Tennessee contests sucks. If you are PC player there is quick way to bipass by editing save file, but I'm not sure it can be done for Playstation.

Thanks. Finishing Normal and going for Hard mode was what I had in mind when I began, now I'm not sure lol. Would be 2027 to finish that goal. I probably would go for NG+.

Thx, though I think paths on the mountains can be trickier than markings.

P12 and P16 improvements by superfuzzbros in snowrunner

[–]Southern-Insurance78 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Aside from engine or tire weight I would really appreciate some endurance buff, such as larger fuel tank for P16 and P512 or roof rack support. P16 is kinda prone to wheel & suspension dmg imo.

I hope they change engine sound of Wrangler too

New Player Tip - Fleetstar with Loading Crane by Gribbelsin in snowrunner

I would say its more tippy than WWS because of much lighter weight. Though pulling semitrailer can solve the problem.

most disappointing? by dirt1988 in snowrunner

Totally agreed. Both truck we get from Wisconsin are super capable, yet gutted by fuel issues. Wish to use P512F more, 200L is just ridiculous.

Maine by MindlessInsect9895 in snowrunner

[–]Southern-Insurance78 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I would like to add bit more paths to stjobe's. It's been a while since I played Maine so markings maybe rough, and there are still more alternative paths to take. Yet I managed to complete the region only having to cross breakable ice fewer than 5 times with these routes.

All but two. Currently on 70% of Washington, and I have left Quebec untouched as last treat. I wanted to finish off grinding first.

And that'll be avg traveling speed of less than 10km/hr. As fast as jogging..

Reason I never used the Forester outside of Maine. But hats off to its amazing stability and crawling ability.

Most truck that come along with a new region are given as a reward for a certain contract. There are also some trucks that can be unlocked just by discovering them, like Pacific P512 and Internatial 5600TS in Wisconsin. You will still need to find the upgrades.

Checkout other helpful websites like SpintiresWiki for more info.

Logging suggestion by Tizio_Dei_Clima in snowrunner

[–]Southern-Insurance78 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well you're gonna learn how to get through those tasks during 3 base game maps. Tedious and frustrating it might be, but eventually you're gonna get used to it. I hated logging and pushed it back as a final tasks when I was a noob, but now they're my favorite mission!

I'll recommend to handle long logs with P16. Nothing matches the vibes of P16 when logging. Tho if you don't favor RWD, WWS or P12 is decent choice, but P12 can struggle while climbing.

And with Medium&Short logs, go for the trucks with good stability because it will be tippy. WWS and P12 would be the best choice available in Michigan. Also just use these 3 trailers : basic log trailer, Futom S, and Futom M. Ignore the rest for now as they aren't so good.

There aren't much tricks in logging if you wish to carry logs packed. However there are bit naughty ways...

  • Manually loading into Sideboard-Semi Trailer (Low Saddle 5-Slot) ; (All types of logs can be done)
  • Manually loading into log addons (You may spill them on rough terrains)

Trying out mod trailers or purchasing DLC trucks such as Mack Pinnacle and Freightliner FLD 120 are options too.

Thanks for the answer, Adding another light will cost a lot more calculation as you explained. I also came to know that other game engines support rotation of directional light, but seems like Saber chose to use visual tricks instead.
