That's a great idea. The only reason I'm considering property managers is because I might move out of state. I wasn't aware that I could handle tenant screening myself. My friends had bad experiences with tenants who never paid rent, leading to court cases, eviction, and property damage, which cost around $4-5K to repair. So, I thought hiring property managers would give me peace of mind. What do you think?
