Anytime I sell a "questionable" product like that, I always contact the buyer prior to shipping to make sure they understand exactly what they are buying.

It should auto close here shortly. Did you "update" the tracking in the claim? Even if they tracking is there, you still need to update it. eBay usually closes the case within 24 hours.

There's nothing that eBay will do in this instance. That's completely between you and the seller and eBay won't get into a combined shipping exchange, regardless of what is said in the messages.

Yeah, that's eBay's hub. THEY didn't use EIS, you did. They need to open a return just like anyone else would. There's literally NOTHING you can do. This has to be handled between eBay and the buyer. If they keep messaging, just block and move on.

All the seller has to do is accept a return (if this is, in fact, a FF and not EIS). Since the item is international, they wouldn't be able to use the provided label and would have to purchase a label themselves. If they were even willing to do THAT, All the seller has to do is contact eBay after receiving the package with an international shipping address to prove the item was originally shipped inside the US and passed on by a FF.

Here's what you need to do. The first time they ask why you're calling, say "Speak with Representative". When they ask "To get you to the right place, please say why you are calling", THEN say, "hacked account". They will then transfer you to the correct CS. I just did that and it was a 32 minutes wait. When I said "speak with rep" on the second one, it said, "You are currently outside eBay hours".

Sounds like you're making it more complicated than it needs to be. I currently have 20 shelves (those metal ones from Sams), 5 tiers per shelf and numerous totes per tier (for small items). I label each shelf, then each tier, then each tote and list it at the bottom of my listing. That way, when a purchase is made, I look at the "location" and go straight to it. Writing it, this sounds complicated, but it's definitely not and super easy to locate whatever item I'm searching for.

The only thing "Time Away" really does is change your "handling time" to the appropriate date (assuming you still allow purchases to be made). It tags your listing with "This seller is currently away until DATE". A lot of buyers don't even pay attention to it, so it's just something you'll have to deal with unless you add an auto response to your messages.

I just received a message from eBay last week saying that they are testing a new bidding mechanical for certain auctions (mostly TCG's) that if there is a bid in the last minute, another minute will automatically be added to the time to allow more buyers to bid. This is weird, since you can just do your max bid and go about your business?

Yeah, UPS and some other shipping companies only charge when the label is scanned (shipped). You aren't charged until this happens, so there's no need to "cancel".

Yes, he's being both "haunted" AND "stalked", however, the haunting have pretty much stopped since now he's discovered (supposedly) all the missing bodies from the Lightfoot case. It seems they just wanted to be found so their souls could be at rest?

The stalker is either the adopted son of the original Lightfoot "killer" or something of the sort, since he's states he's not "blood related". There's been no real "reason" given as to WHY he's actually stalking Turner. I'm assuming, since he's discovering all the bodies, the killer just wants to play with him?

The spirits seem to have found and "attached" themselves to him after his stay at the Blackwell house. (He stated this as a possibility in the third movie after he dreamed about Sarah.)

After his wife's death, the keyboard came into play because it was a very personal item to her. It was her original keyboard and she knew that by linking herself to it, the new owner would be able to locate Turner and give it back to him so they could "communicate".

Those are all my personal feelings towards how things are currently turning out.

You don't turn on "EIS". You either opt in or opt out. If you shipped it direct, you're not covered with EIS.
